Here are some fitness tips tailored specifically for gamers. 1.Neck Stretches :   Long hours of gaming can lead to neck strain. Perform gentle neck stretches by tilting your head to each side, holding for 15-20 seconds, and repeating on the    other side. You can also perform neck rotations, moving your head in a circular motion clockwise and then counterclockwise. 2.Shoulder Rolls : Sit up straight and roll your shoulders backward in a circular motion for 10-15 repetitions. This helps release tension in the shoulders and upper back caused by prolonged sitting. 3.Wrist and Forearm Stretches : Extend your arm straight out in front of you with  your palm facing down.
